Rak-Master Warrants Rak-Master Rak's To The Original Purchaser To Be Free From Defects In Material And Workmanship, Under Normal Conditions, For A Period Of 1 Year From The Date Of The Original Purchase When Used In Accordance With The Manufacturer’s Assembly And Operating Instructions. Warranty Is Non-Transferable.

The Manufacturer, Distributors And Selling Agents Of Rak-Master Multipurpose Carriers Will Not Be Responsible In Any Way For Damage To, Or Loss Of, Any Items Carried Or Falling From The Carriers Or Subsequent Damages Such Items Cause On Or Off Carriers. It Is The Buyers Responsibility To Ensure That All Safety Measures Are Taken To Prevent Such Occurrences.

Rak-Master Agrees At Our Option During The Warranty Period To Repair Any Defect In Material Or Workmanship, Or To Furnish An Equal Product In Exchange, Without Charge, Subject To Verification Of The Defect And Proof Of The Date Of Purchase. Refunds Are Made Only If Product Is Found To Be Defective And Not Repairable As Stated In Warranty.
Any Alteration Or Accessories Not Factory Installed Shall Void Warranty (I.E., Welding, Structural Modifications Or Holes Drilled In Unit By Customer)
